AIDA, which stands for Artificial Intelligence for Document Automation, empowers you to digitalise and distribute your documents and the information within them—individually or in bulk—with just one click, thanks to Xerox ConnectKey technology.

The AIDA Artificial Intelligence engine makes your documents intelligible, allowing you to utilize or archive them as needed. By leveraging Machine Learning, AIDA analyzes your documents alongside you, adapting them to your specific needs. It extracts key information such as words, phrases, relevant dates, addresses, important numbers, mathematical expressions, and even barcodes.

Once the information you need is extracted, it can be seamlessly sent to various applications across platforms, thanks to AIDA’s continuously evolving native connectors and advanced APIs.

The ultimate goal of AIDA is to automate tasks independently over time, becoming the personal or business assistant you deserve—potentially even lending a hand at home!

Application features:

  • Secure enrolling of your ConnectKey device to your AIDA account in a simple way, by eliminating with QR code the chore to insert username and/or password
  • Any operation performed on your AIDA account is instantly applied to all the linked ConnectKey devices, worldwide and without limits
  • Often the informations to identify a document aren’t printed on the document itself. You can choose to use stamps, barcodes, QR codes or any other recognisable standards on the market and AIDA thanks to Machine Learning will link the document and the identifying informations.
  • When the informations to identify a document are already digital informations that reside on your your DB, Excel file, CSV etc, AIDA allows you to insert them directly from the ConnectKey device display with lookup safety, or freely.
