The Scan to Zoho App allows you to send documents from your Xerox ConnectKey multifunction device to your Zoho CRM account. You can search through the Leads, Contacts, Accounts and Deals sections of your account the entry to which the scanned document will be attached. Install the Scan to Zoho module in your Zoho CRM account for indexing scanned documents. You can then use the Zoho CRM search to find your document.
